Christmas party spot for wheelchairs?

does anyone know if they have a special spot for wheelchairs during the Christmas party parade and fireworks?

Fireworks no ( but since there really is not as many people there as normal park days you really do not need one) I would go about 30-45 minutes before fireworks and go to the grassy area to the left if you were looking at the castle and find a spot near the railing.
