We ate at Chefs a couple of years ago when the kitchen went into the weeds (i.e. something fouled up their food production). We were each served one little roll, one little lump of butter, and nothing else (not even more bread or a water refill) for 90 minutes. When we inquired politely, we got a "fine dining should be slow and elegant" attitude, which can be true, but at a busy theme park that's a coverup for a kitchen failure. When our entrees arrived (we had not ordered appetizers) they were plunked on our table without explanation or apology. Over 2 hours for a one-course supper--we didn't risk ordering dessert. I'm not saying this is the usual performance at Chefs, but I suspect that none of the diners that night have ever gone back.
