Character Caravan still happening?

Anyone know if Character Caravan is happening or when it may start again?

We had it last August at AKL.

The Character Caravan was started to replace Early Entry. Once Disney started offering Early Entry again they stopped the Character Caravan.

Despite being quite popular, the Character Caravan was only around until Early Entry returned.

HOWEVER... fret not... The MK has increased Characters at the MK Front Entrance during opening hours, and various areas of the park throughout the day... no shortage of characters there.

Thanx everyone.... thats too bad - we really liked character caraven.. the little song they did when they arrived and left was cute - it was fun to have them at the hotel and really relaxed.

I am not a fan of early entry - in fact I would purposly go to a different park - because I found the early entry one attracted more people and was crowded.

Glad to hear there are more characters around at the parks.

Despite the many who preferred the EE to the Character Caravan I must also say I miss it too. It was kinda nice in the morning seeing the characters in the lobby prior to going to the parks. DD loved seeing Minnie and she made frequent appearances at the hotels. It kinda added a little more magic to the mornings. It was another perk of staying on-property.

The character Caravan was nice, but they have really gone out with the characters in the parks. If you go to the MK in the morning there are characters everywhere. It is better that the CC and you get to see many more

The song is actually a modified version of the "Wonderful World of Disney Parade" song at Disneyland Paris. You can also hear the song on the Epcot double-decker character bus.

And if you search the internet, I'm sure you'll find it... But I know we're all honest and ethical people and never download copyrighted music from the internet.
