My son is finishing college and just got a job offer in the Cary area, actually very close I40. He and a roommate are looking for place in the Morrisville or Cary area. Could anyone recommend apartment complexes or areas that would be safe and quiet. They would pay up to $1500 for a 2 bedroom. Is that about the going rate?
They do not have pets.
They are not big into parties, but stores, coffee shops and the like nearby would be an asset. Safe and quiet are top priorities.
