Booked Hard Rock thru 3rd party booking site - Rate change

Question. Booked HRH through Booking.Com. Seeing a lower rate for same room. How would you go about securing the room at the lower rate? Cancel and re-book or call the hotel?

I don't think that calling HRH will be of help. It's not their reservation.
I thought you could modify reservations thru booking.com....if not, then I'd cancel and rebook

The hotel cannot help you modify 3rd party reservations.

question also, do you still get the express pass if you book 3rd party? I didn't see it listed with amenities. That would be our main reason for staying on site.
