Anyone here take this class? I go to Gold's Gym to workout and have taken this class before and yesterday decided to start adding it back into my workout. I'm sore this morning but will take it just twice a week from now on.
Doing it for two reasons - I don't like the machines too much for toning but will get some of the same benefits from the class. I like the music and the extra motivation to complete the weight workout - plus the music and routines seem to change about every 6 weeks (new version classes are always posted). I'm not having problems with my cardio program but do need to tone up.
