Best mermaid costume?

I'm looking to purchase mermaid costumes for my girls (4 and 6) for our pirate league/late Bon Voyage day. We're not going until end of November so have a little time. I was planning to get the deluxe mermaid costume at the Little Dress-up Shop but it's out of stock. I have signed up for notification when it comes back in stock, but thought I should look at other options too. Looking for non-scratchy and ideally $50 or less.

Have you checked Ebay? I just found a gorgeous Ariel costume for my daughter that doesn't look like it's ever been worn for $22.
