Baggage transfers btwn DVC resorts and to Swan

i am sure this has been answered before but couldn’t find exact answers when doing a search.

We are doing a split stay - 2 weeks, 3 resorts (as a result of Westjet changing flights on us so we got an additional night with the mouse but no DVC available so staying at the Swan last night with points from another frequent stay program). Questions are:

1) what is the best way to have baggage delivered from one resort to the other (both DVC resorts) to minimize our time commitment to waiting in the room or anywhere else to facilitate resort transitions? Drop it off to bell services at Resort 1 and pick it up at bell services at Resort 2?

2) will they deliver our bags from a WDW resort to the Swan, a ‘non-disney’ resort?

3) if they do deliver to the Swan, what is the best process to have the bags transferred?

Keep in mind, we do not have a car, and it is just 2 adults, no kids.

Disney bell services will handle transfer between Disney Resorts. You're on your own when it comes to getting your luggage from a Disney resort to the Swan or any other non-Disney Resort.

Luggage left with Disney bell services will be delivered to your next Disney hotel at some point in the late afternoon. It will not be delivered directly to your room, as with DME. You will have to call to have it delivered and you will need to be in the room to accept it.

Disney WILL transfer luggage to/from the Swan and Dolphin resorts.

When having Disney transfer your luggage you have 2 options. 1) take your bags down to Bell Services (luggage assistance at the Values) yourself, or 2) arrange for them to come pick up the bags from your room. If you go the latter route, consider calling the evening before to arrange a specific time. That way you'll eliminate any potential wait should they get busy in the morning.

Bell services will take your bags, give you claim checks for everything and even put items that need to be refrigerated in their refrigerators. You just then go about your day.

Once Bell Services takes your bags, you will not have access to them until around 4pm, when they get to the next resort. Disney does this coordinated dance of transferring all luggage across all resorts starting at around 3pm. Unlike with DME, your bags will not be delivered to your room until you are in the room and call for them. Tipping is expected.

It's very simple.
