Asparagus

Hi All

Does anyone have a good asparagus recipe handy?

We bought some really nice bunches today and would like to do it tomorrow.

Bacon Wrapped Asparagus! Yum!

You want to blanch asparagus in cold water , to get out some of the bitterness. Then take raw bacon, and wrap around each piece. Fry until bacon is brown, and asparagus is soft.

I just wrap my aspargus in prosuitto drizzle with olive oil and garlic salt then roast in the oven for a little bit.

My very favorite way is to just toss snapped asparagus with olive oil, s&p. Roast in a 400 degree oven until browned. It is so delicious. It concentrates the flavor instead of washing it out like steaming.
