Anyone know why they leave Sint Maarten so early now?!

Does anyone know why they changed the itinerary to leave Sint Maarten at 7:30pm? We loved the night life, and are a little bummed!
 
They made the change right after 9/11, but DCL has never confirmed whether this change was made due to security concerns or in response to other reasons.
