who goes next month, we go on September 11th from Gatwick and are yet to find anyone flying the same day, there was originally 2 flights booked for that day but they cancelled the first one because of lack of people flying, so we go put onto the second (and now only) flight that day in the afternoon, seems that there really isn't many people flying that day, or if they is they don,t use forums or social networking lol

Anyhow if you are going next month, when are you going? how long for? how many of you are there? where are you staying? and whats your plans? did you get everything booked that you wanted to?

We fly September 11th with virgin from Gatwick for 14 nights, we are a party of 7, consisting of myself, my partner, our 2 sons (Toby 4) (Hudson 5 months) my mother, my best friend and her son (Harrison he turns 3 on the 12th). We are going for 2 weeks and are just doing Disney, we have tickets and have upgraded the children to adult tickets so that they get the adult dining plan as the adult dining plan food is better suited to them mainly because of the kids ages, we are staying at an Old Key West in a 2 bed villa (never stayed here before) this will be myself and my mum's 6th Holiday to Orlando, my partners 5th, my eldest sons second and everyone else's 1st, I cannot wait to introduce my friend to Disney world and everything it has to offer.

Me and DH is going on Sept. 5th for 21 days. We're flying direct from Manchester with Thomas Cook. We're stying at POFQ and we upgraded our QSDP to DDP. We're doing mainly Disney, but also got a 2 day ticket for Universal and Halloween Horror Nights + we're also doing MNSSHP. I've also booked a day trip on a coach to Clearwater Beach as we're not driving. We got all the TS restaurants we wanted, even though we booked them later than the 180 day mark. The only thing we're waiting for now is for the FEA dessert party to open up for bookings.

It's the first time we're flying direct, so I'm excited about landing earlier than we're used to. We're planning on going to DS on arrival day so we can have a meal and I can check out the Dooney bags and the dress shop.

It's my 8th trip there if you count the 2 programs I did working in the Norwegian pavilion, and it's my DH's 4th trip.

We are on the Virgin flight on the 11th - upgraded to Premium Economy and got seats up in the bubble. Staying at POFQ for 3 weeks - no car - just staying on property the whole time and using internal transport.

We go the 7th September for two weeks flying from Manchester with Virgin and staying at the Boardwalk villas.

We go on the 21st!! Spending the first night and day at universal (2 Parks in a day!) then 13 nights at SSR! Flying virgin from Gatwick. Did my garden groves order last week for breakfast stuff and drinks so we are all set! So excited!

we're flying out 8th for 12 nights from Edinburgh via Newark , myself and 2 brothers all in our 50's. Couple rooms booked at All Star Sport and a break in the middle to Universal at RPR.
Almost got all our fast passes as wanted , FOP 3 times but did struggle to get Slinky Dog. Manged it once on second last day. Will see how the queues are but we're not rope drop people so may have to admire from afar till the end :).

Hubby and I fly out on 18th from Gatwick with BA - our first childless trip!!
4 nights at Cabana Bay we have also got HHN Tickets and Express HHN for the Thursday & Friday
10 nights at OKW

Am so excited....

(Even got one in the bag with next years trip also booked HRH, POFQ & Disney Dream - Sep 2019)

Dh and I are flying out from LGW on the 15th and I've upgraded us to premium economy in the bubble for the journey out there as a bit of an anniversary surprise for dh, he'll find out about that at bag drop! I've also booked a dinner at sanaa that he doesn't know about that I'll be paying for... Call it all and act of revenge for my surprise birthday party as We're also celebrating both of us turning 30. We're staying at all star sports and due to cost increases and an ever growing travel bucket list this is likely to be our last trip to Disney for a very long time.

I'm sure I recall someone saying Virgin Atlantic have cutback certain flights.

On our return flight we got moved to the later flight 9pm as they cancelled the earlier flight :confused3

Have a fab time :goodvibes

Flying out on the 13th and back on the 27th, traveling solo.
4 nights at the Grand Floridian Villas, 4 at the Beach Club Villas, 3 at Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo (a bit of a bummer the pool is under refurbishment). Finally 3 nights at Universal at Cabana Bay Beach. Unfortunately no Halloween Horror Noght shceduled for when I'll be onsite at Universal. I don't think I'll buy a ticket and go there while staying at Disney, I like it last time I was in Orlando in September but I remember it was a long night with a lot of queuing, not sure if I want to do it while staying elsewhere and add the incovenience of using taxis.

I booked a surprise for my DH as well. He's very interested in wildlife, and he used to volunteer at a zoo, so when I found out about the Dine with an Animal Specialist at Sanaa, I booked it right away. He knows he's got a surprise coming, but he's got no clue what it is.

We wont tell him!

Hehe, I nearly spoiled the surprise myself a few weeks ago. I called Disney Dining to get a refund for my prepaid meals at CRT and Hoo-Dee-Doo meal after I upgraded to the DDP. I talked to a very nice lady who noticed the reservation, but when she commented on it, she misspoke and said dine with imagineer at first, so I corrected her by saying animal specialist  DH was in the room and was curious what that was about. Luckily I was able to fib my way out of it as I said that the CM had been talking about one of the tours in AK. Luckily my DH is easily distracted, so I'm sure he bought it ::yes::

We are flying on virgin on 11 th September from Gatwick Flying with daughter and her partner and nine month old twins. Glad someone else with a baby on our flight so we won't be the only noisy ones!
