Anybody in Disney Springs that has walked by Jaleo lately???

We are going in a couple of weeks and are anxiously awaiting Jaleo to change from "Coming Soon" to being OPEN!!!

Our last ABD was Spain last Fall and we are looking to relive that wonderful trip a bit!

I did read that they started hiring in October so presumably it would open sooner rather than later. Hopefully before your trip as it is amazing We're lucky enough to live in DC and have several Jose Andres restaurants (and plan to dine at Jaleo next weekend) and they never disappoint.

I walked by around Oct 25 or so and it still looked like very much a construction zone. But I have no concept of the stages of construction or how quickly things progress. I’m sure they’d like to be open for the holidays. I cannot wait to try it!
