Any simple ideas for a pot luck get-together?

Here's what's already on the menu: shrimp cocktail, bruschetta, caesar salad, desserts. Something simple and easy would be great if anyone has ideas. Thanks a lot!!

A fresh fruit and cheese platter would go nice.

and they go with any pot luck meals.......easy to put in a crock pot and keep warm until it is time to eat.
Also we went to one this past weekend and I made taco dip with tortilla chips....went over good

The one I usually take to pot lucks and that goes over well:
California Salad
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained well
1 can pears, drained well and cut in chunks
1 can mandarin orange segments, drained well
1 pkg mini marshmallows
1 pkg shredded coconut
1 container sour cream
Mix all together, refrigerate, serve!
Everyone always loves this.

brown a pound of ground beef in the bottom of a pot and drain. Stir in:

two cans ranch style beans (drained)
two cans rotel tomatoes (I usually mix one hot one mild)
two cans ministrone soup
two small cans of corn (drained)

Simmer for 30 minutes (or longer if you want it thicker like chili). Actually, I would recommend making this the night before, then reheating the next day - the flavors meld better.

Super easy and super good! Especially with crusty bread to dip in it.

Some suggestions:

Chili (regular or if health conscious, a turkey chili)
Fruit platter (w/cream cheese dip)
Chicken satay( w/peanut dipping sauce)
Chocolate fondue (with fruit or pound cake for dessert) - hit with kids!
Ambrosia salad
Antipasto salad platter (big hit w/adults) - PM me for suggested items!
