on a recent visit I strayed from my norm and stayed at All Star Music. It was my worst mistake. Weight lines to check in and resolve issues are very long. Issues with getting into rooms, no shampoo ect in rooms and being told that Disney no longer provided these things was bad enough but finding out that the sheets had not been changed.....horrible. I suggest jumping up to the moderate level. Guest service is better and when issues arrive they resource them.
