AK rope drop: how much time for FoP and Navi?

When I rope dropped over the summer after it opened, I got there 45 min before opening (mind you, I was solo, so I was able to move quick). I got in line for FOP and was back by the bridge near Africa BUT that was only due to how they decided to block off groups. When I actually got into the queue for FOP it was 70 minutes from start to actually finishing the ride.
