Airmiles Shop -- Contact AM NOW to get any missing miles

I am waiting for my Body Shop order to arrive.
I got the email that it had been dispatched--shipped Aug 8
So I follow the link and it says
Aug 9, 2018 2:21 p.m. Purolator Shipping label created with reference(s):

So I go to chat and Vanessa says my order was delivered today at 11:45--uh no it wasn't.
Someone has been home all day.
So then she says "Maybe try putting in the correct tracking number"sarcasm rude."
I said I am following a link I recieved,,with the tracking order.
She then says the "Body Shop doesn't require a signature so they left it outside the front door.
I live in a garden home and the front door is an entranceway to 4 homes. I tell her this and she again says well it was delivered.
She ended the conversation with someone will call me tomorrow.
If they truly did deliver it then am I SOL ?

Purolator just delivered the package to my door--the gentleman actually rang the door and handed me the package.

I'm now wondering where my Canada Post delivery notice is... since I've been home all day, the parcel and the supposed card are no where to be found. I called but have to wait 5 days for them to send a new card. Really annoyed, especially since I also had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to get that fab answer...

So I didn't want to post this until I received the order, but I got an awesome deal at Old Navy! For some reason, when I logged in to order, 3 packs of kids black leggings were showing up at $9. The price that a single pair should have been on for. Plus I had a 30% off coupon, so I ordered 3 of those packs (regular price $34.95) and 3 pairs of women's black tights (regular price $14.95) and the regular price total would have been $170 including tax, but with the price glitch, plus sale, plus 30% off, I got it all delivered for $48. Old Navy honoured the glitch!

My girls were somehow down to 1 pair of black leggings and were fighting over them so we are set for a bit now with 12 pairs, lol. Oh yeah, plus $20 in Super Cash and approx 200 air miles from 1/5th of this promo. And a tiny bit of cash back on my credit card. Score!!

3) Hewlett-Packard- bought printer ink. Cheaper than Staples, 1 AM for $20 and free shipping on ink. Also had 2x AM.

2 to go.
I may check Old Navy tonight as they have hoodies on sale.
Also thinking of trying Canada Post for stamps- anyone had any luck so far with them posting?

Is there a general consensus on how long the base miles should take to post?

I ordered from the following locations on the 7th:

Indigo
Old Navy
Groupon
Ardene
Forever 21

Only Groupon has posted and I'm getting a bit concerned the others may not have registered correctly.

I ordered on the 8th (Amazon, Chapters & the Gap), only amazon has posted. Also concerned. I ordered from UA on sunday and it hasn't posted yet either but I'm a little less surprised by that.

My Indigo, Old Navy and Forever 21 all posted withing 4 days of ordering. I ordered Aug 8 and they were all posted to my account by Aug 11 (I think). DS orders are taking a little longer than mine did to post. Indigo posted the next day, still waiting on Amazon and Canada Post. RONA posted within 2 days.

I just noticed you have 3 boys also. Mine are 26 months apart. All grown up (but never really all grown up) (25,23,21). There is a light at the end of the parenting tunnel.

Off that topic my stamps just arrive from Canada Post. They came to the door as I had to sign for them. Such service! (we have a box across the street so door service is a novelty for us)

My experiences tend to be that as soon as i get the shipping notice the miles will appear within a week -- Amazon is usually the quickest and Staples tends to be my nemesis. They usually post with the date of ordering so you might need to scan back in your account to find the miles if some time has past since you placed the order. All to this to say -- <shrug> just gotta keep checking!

***ETA if there are multiplier offers they will post at the same time as the base miles.
I've just updated the list of bonus mile stores -- keep an eye open they change regularly and it might come in handy when you need to chase down because AM has NO clue - there are stores on the list now that weren't there at the start of the promo
