I was looking into the South Africa itinerary, but then I looked at airfare. Wow! Talk about some sticker shock. 
We need business/first class for DH (rather tall fella). What airlines did you guys use? Did you book through ABD?
Also, do most of you book direct with ABD or did you use a TA? If you used a TA, which one did you use? What was the advantage of using the TA versus direct if you booked through a TA?
