Adr's for day of checkout @ 180 days?

Hi!! Sorry for the stupid thread title, but here's my question....if I am checking out on a Wednesday, can I make a lunch & dinner for that day when I'm 180 days out? Or only until Tuesday,because my last reservation night is Tuesday?

Second part, we are changing hotels midweek. I assume I can make ressies for the first stay at my first 180 days & then must wait til 180 days before second check in to make those ressies. Correct?

Thanks for your help, it's been a long time since we did a split stay!
