Just wandered if anyone has any recomendations/suggestions for value accomodation around DLP which provides easy access?

We have stayed at both The Explorers and The Holiday Inn which are about 5 minutes drive further away than The Santa Fe.

Both are clean, comfortable and a cheaper option than the Disney Hotels themselves. Both have free shuttle busses to the park.

Can't fault Sarah's off-site choices that are served by shuttle bus so only just a few more minutes than the on-site Disney hotels.

On the hotel link there are also some good recommendations of other cost saving hotel choices

Hotel L'Elysee can usually be very good value for money especially if you book through Expedia or direct. The hotel is opposite Val D'Europe shopping centre with an Auchan supermarket and loads of other shops and restaurants. The hotel provides a free scheduled shuttle to the parks. Alternatively it is about a 5 min walk to the station and one stop away from DLP.

I didn't realise this hotel provided a free shuttle! Definitely worth investigating for any future 'budget trip'

Thanks, we've never been to dlp before and was finding it hard to know where to start looking but having a look around we're starting to find some info. We are thinking of taking a 3 night break for our anniversary in aug, just keeping my fingers crossed that my dh will agree to it as he's undecided at the moment.
