Thanks!! That's my plan exactly, I got the chart for the resort, but I don't have the chart for cruise. I am looking at the Feb 7 or Jan 31 cruise.

Sorry I could not look today but will check Friday...life got in the way

Can you tell me what Cat you want....do you want a verandah, and any kids and if so how old?

2007 pts are : Jan 18,25, Feb 1,8,

3 night cruise to the Bahamas

First 2 Adults each: 128 pts=256
Cat 11= 67 per first 2 adults=134
Cat 10= 89x2=178
Cat= 8=111x2=222
Cat7= 120x2=240
cat6= 128x2=256
Cat5= 137x2=274
Cat4=166x2=332

2008 pts are not available yet but this will give you an idea. It is possible that the pts came out today but have not yet checked the website...hope this helps some.

4 night cruise:

Jan21,28...Feb4 pts are per person/Adults...first 2 Adults

Cat 11=82x2=164
Cat10=104x2=208
Cat9=111x2=222
Cat8=126x2=252
Cat7=135x2=270
Cat6=143x2=286
Cat5=151x2=302
Cat4=180x2=360

For the few extra pts I would do the 4 day also we always cruise in Cat 6...

It is possible that the points require for DCL will increase over time?
Unlike DVC resorts the total of point can never change, hotels and cruise in the Disney collection, concierge collect etc can increase right??
Has it been in the past?

yes your right ans also no. They will flucuate during like holidays it is a little hard to explain. If it goes up a little for say Christmas it will need to drop somewhere else ...They have stayed for the most part the same since I believe 1996....but DVC alwasy has the right to change them.

And yes the cruises and others do increase...

As soon as the 2008 cruise pts come out ,I will check this weekend I will post them so you can see if there is any difference. If I remember someone that called said they were pretty much the same, for 2008.
