I don’t normally do down to the minute itineraries but am giving this a shot...

Attending October 11th with DS (age 5). Costumes are HM tightrope walker and crocodile.
Fastpasses: Peter Pan 3:15-4:15,
Haunted Mansion 4:15-5:15,
Jungle Cruise 5:15-6.

Thursday, October 11th / You & DS5 / Costumes are HM tightrope walker and crocodile.
Fastpasses: Peter Pan 3:15-4:15,
Haunted Mansion 4:15-5:15,
Jungle Cruise 5:15-6.

Since guests are being let in earlier 3:45pm are you still planning on 3:30? With changes to entry are you using only party tickets?

3:15-4:00 Enter MK - Bypass? Shop for merchandise at Emporium on the way in.
4:10-4:25 Peter Pan with FP.
4:25-4:40 Get Maleficent cone at Storybook Treats (and Headless Horseman straw clip?)
4:40-5:00 HM with FP and take pics (hitchhiking ghost magic shot) - I'm not sure about the Magic Shot.
5:15-5:30 Jungle Cruise with FP.
5:30-7:00 Line up for Moana after JC hopefully will be done just before 7.
7:00-7:15 Get Oogie Boogie popcorn bucket from cart by Jungle Cruise if still available.
7:15-8:00 Get spot close to stage for 7:40 Hocus Pocus.
8:00-8:15 waffle sundae at Sleepy Hollow? - Usually 20/30 minutes? The waffles are made per order.
8:15-8:30 meet Gravediggers - Make sure to check this line before committing, looks tight to me.
8:30-9:35 parade in Frontierland (might have time to do a trick or treating stop first)
9:40-10:00 Tarzan and crew and maybe Jafar & other Aladdin characters. - You have only 20 minutes here so you may have to choose one of them.
10:05-10:30 Take break at 10:15 to watch fireworks over water? - Yep! See: Hallowishes in Frontierland - Post #9337
10:35-11:00 Ride Pirates.

Get doombuggy treat at Aloha Isle?
After finishing in that area, head towards HM to maybe ride again or at least enjoy atmosphere and get magic shot taken.
Make way into Fantasyland and ride teacups and maybe more rides and trick or treating until DS has had enough!

Get HM magic shots on Main St and Town Sq on the way out? - Please see Post #10: MNSSHP 2018 Magic Shots & More

As long as you get your top priorities done the rest is pure sugar. ;)

After a reality check and realizing I couldn’t get this all in with the order I had, some changes:

October 11
Me, Grandson age 6 who has no problem staying awake, but there is no one to tag team with.

Arrive: 3:00 (too early for bypass?)
Go thru bypass/get Oogie Boogie popcorn bucket asap as that's a must have and don't want to risk a sell out.

FP’s: 3:40, 4:30 and 5:30

3:15-4:00 Bypass

What are your FP's? Which attractions?
I believe the Oogie Boogie PC buckets are available starting at 7pm, though my friend was able to pick one up by the castle at 5:41 which was reported here: Post #8835.

Okay, so here's my game plan for MNSSHP......

Day of- Sleep in (woohoo!) w/ late breakfast & late lunch.
Arrive to TTC around 3:30, hopefully in park by 4.
Head straight to back and Fastpass PP Flight (this was closed our last trip!)
Work clockwise around park and Fastpass SDMT
Go thru Tomorrowland & ride anything with short lines (& get candy!)
Cut across to Haunted Mansion
Work counterclockwise toward Frontierland and watch parade at 9:15
Ride any other rides open
Watch fireworks at 10:15 & follow with Hocus Pocus at 10:45
Ride one.last.ride.

Woof! You have not made any changes to your itinerary since you posted it on April 29th. Have you checked to see if FP's are even available for PP on 10/11? Do you have any FP's scheduled for this party?

Oct 11
DH, DW, DD17, DD15, DD12, DD5
Thursday, Oct 11 / DH, DW, DD17, DD15, DD12, DD5

(9:45-2pm) HS (late lunch 1:30-2)
2-4:30 rest, snack, change at hotel
4:30 Minnie Van to MK

5:00-5:30 MK Party Entrance, bypass
5:40-6:00 7DMT (FP 5-6)
6:00-6:15 Dumbo
6:20-6:45 HM
6:50-7:10 Aladdin & Abu
7:15-7:40 Pirates
7:45-8:35 ToT Frontierland to Disney Jr Dance party - I hope the ToT lines are minimal but I doubt it. There are TWO dance parties maybe spend 15 minutes at each?
8:35-9:45 Parade - Hall of Presidents. Front row?
Tag Team: food and ToT Fantasyland
9:45-10:15 HM MS - Which one?
10:30 HH MS, SoMK card on way out

Rides, ToT, and getting a good spot for the parade are our priorities. We are planning to leave during the fireworks.

I would stay until 11pm, do 30 minutes of Trick or Treating with your family and I would focus on the Bonus Locations. Your plan looks really good but ToT between 7:45-8:35 will be painful.

Hello!
This is my first ever post on DIS boards.

I'm so all over on what I think we want/need to do. I know we'll be getting to MK around 3:15. We will want to meet Jack and Sally, view one of the parades, one of the hocus pocus, and Hallowishes. Other than that, probably some rides (Space, 7DMT, Tea cups, HM,BMTRR, POtC) and trick or treating for the kiddo. I'm thinking a more relaxed party to enjoy the sights and sounds, so if we don't get to everything, it will be ok.

Thank you so much for all of your information provided already. I've been reading through the posts for the past few days, and have learned so much already.

October 11 - Me and DS (7)
ETA:
FP for BTMRR 4:10-5:10
FP for Haunted Mansion 5:15-6

I'm thinking as soon as we get wristbands jump in line for Jack and Sally. I'm hopeful we'll be out and be able to hit up BTMRR within the extra 15 mins allowed at the end. Thoughts? - Yep! Jack & Sally are meeting at 4:30 instead of 5pm and the FP Grace Period may or may not be honored, typically the ride CM's do not but it is their choice and I would not rely on it. You need to get to MK at 3:15 to beat as many people as possible for Jack & Sally's line. Have you read Post #3167: Party Entrance - What a bunch of Hocus Pocus! ::yes::

3:15-3:55 MK Party Entrance unless I can find a DVC member to help my son and I in at 2. - Get your wristband and make a beeline to Jack & Sally.
3:55-5:15 In line for Jack and Sally - Sorry buddy, I cannot confirm how long you'll be here, not enough info. So I hope you can post your experience.
4:30-5:30 BTMRR fast pass
5:30-6:00 Peter Pan's flight
6:00-7:00 ?? - Check out Bypass, Tea Cups, Cauldron Magic Shot
7:00-7:30 Pirates of the Carribean
7:30-9:00 Trick or treating/grabbing delicious snacks/jumping on other rides - I would only attempt if lines are short.
9:00-10:30 10:15 HalloWishes at Fake grass at Plaza
10:30-11:00 Hocus Pocus
10:30-11:50 11:15 Boo-To-You Parade at Main Street

Looking good! :thumbsup2

Sleepy Hollow Event

Friday, Sept. 28th will be the first night for the Sleepy Hollow Event and the Van Tassel Dessert Party. I hope to see reviews and photos. ::yes::
I did this for the 8pm show - not the dessert party. But I got a lunch cooler with a pin, lanyard, candy and cup. They had water and popcorn but I didn't get any popcorn. It was in large sealed bags and I didn't need a whole bag of popcorn to myself. lol

Got a picture of the Pin?

Here's 2017

@ksromack if you're in a crunch for time, I recommend Hocus Pocus at midnight, then get Headless Horseman on your way out.

Re: Stitch "One report indicated line at 8:15pm was short." your crowd level may yield a different result. An average wait time based on all parties regardless of weather would be awesome but unfortunately DISer's have not been posting so based on what little we know and if this were my itinerary, this is how I would do it...

October 8, Monday, Columbus Day / DH, DW

2pm-3:30 Shop early at Emporium

Tag Team: 6:45-7:00 DH - Get PC Bucket
7:25-7:50 Pirate Goofy
7:55-8:20 HM Grave Diggers @ Adventureland
8:30-9:30 Boo to You Parade 9:15 @ Frontierland - Either follow it to the Castle or use the underpass
9:30-10:30 HalloWishes @ Casey's
Tag Team: Hades Nachos at Casey's, mobile order? - I'm sorry I don't know.
10:35-11:15 Frontierland
11:15-11:45 Fantasyland
11:45-12:20 Hocus Pocus
12:25-12:45 Magic Shots on Main Street
12:45-1pm Headless Horseman Magic Shot

If this isn't what you want let me know, we have time to work on your plan.
Hades Nachos are at Pecos Bill's not Casey's

On your first party you were focused on Adventureland & Frontierland, this party you should be in Fantasyland and Tomorrowland you have a lot more characters and things to do, so let's dig in...

Tuesday, October 9th / Me, DH, DD14, DS 2
Updated: We have decided to just enter on MNSSHP tickets. We have Chef Mickey at 2 now and then will walk to MK and enter 3:45ish...

4:45-5:10 meet Donald & goofy? Shop? Make way to TL - October hours & calendar have changed.

10:35-12 TOT, rides, snacks, any other characters? Try to meet cruella if can catch her since now she roams.
Pooh starts meeting at 6:30 so I would get in line no later than 6 - I was in at 5:55 and was 10-12th in line

We are attending the Tuesday, Oct. 9th party. We will be lining up for Jack & Sally around 3:15. I notice now they start meeting at 4:30 so we hope to be done meeting them by 4:45. After that, we want to meet both Winnie the Pooh & Friends as well as Elvis Stitch. They both are now meeting at 6:30 PM. Which one should I get in line for (around 5:30ish) first to avoid a longer line for the second character?

That is a really hard call for me to make. Maybe @Cluelyss would know, she was just there!

The thing with Stitch, his line will close down at 11:30.

Can’t help, wasn’t at the party early enough to report back. But personally I’d do Pooh next - their line is visible to passerby’s and they take frequent breaks.

I will also add, you’ll want to line up for Jack and Sally earlier than 3:15 if you want to be one of the first in line. Reports have been that this line is forming around 2/2:30.
