copyright

Hi everyone, I set up a Etsy store under the name Disney inspired Shoe Designs recently and it has been pointed out to me this could infringe copyright even though no character imagery is used. Any new name ideas (if the shoe fits?) or advise gratefully accepted. Thank you Phaedra

Is it legal to make and sell mouse ears on etsy? I know I can't use any characters or anything, but are the ears themselves the copyright violation?
