I threw a roast in the CP with some tomato paste/beef broth/onion soup/onions/brown gravy and cooked it all day. Threw on grilled sour dough buns with provolone for them. Roasted potato and carrots on the side. I had sweet potato tacos with avocado spread, jalapenos, onions.

LOVE them! My kids, their Saturday morning sports league, a local bakery used to provide the snack each weekend - it was always fresh donuts. So good! Jelly filled were fantastic. Since that league ended a few years ago, I don't think I have had a donut since :(

We took some burgers and steaks out of the freezer to grill, but I think we will end up getting Pho tonight and save the grill for tomorrow and Sunday when it is supposed to be spectacular outside. Friday night of a long week requires some comfort food.
