Yeah, I looked closer at the calendars and I see that now. I edited the original post. Also edited the fact that DHS it isn't just blocked out MLK and President's day weekends, It is also blocked out Labor Day and Memorial Day Weekends.

For the life on me I can’t understand why this Pass was released TODAY of all days. All parks except Epcot are blocked out until August

Vacation Strategies currently has rooms listed on EBay for July and August, so I would think that it is possible. I personally rented from Shelby Resorts on EBay for July just this morning. They were cheaper than Vacation Strategy and I received my confirmation in about an hour

We are in the same boat. I had to buy the last 3 hats with gems (124) because despite paying money for both premium characters, I could not get those Stitch ears to drop despite working on them for over a week.
