We bought at AKL via resale in 2016, then a smaller direct at SSR in 2017. We have zero regrets about AKL. The only thing we see as a downside is, it's the furthest resort from the theme parks (except AK) so the bus rides take a tad longer to get to the different parks.

If there is any modification to the orders (no ketchup, other types) I find it difficult to make mods. Seems they could also open more than one line for walk ups for those who don't like mobile ordering or those who aren't as tech savvy.
