You cannot link a point stay with a cash stay, but you can have a note put on the reservation that it is a continuing stay, they'll try to leave you in the same room if they are in the same booking category, but there is no guarantee.
The problem I'm having is Disney's new TV system. I can get my Roku hooked up to the TV but the TV won't let me change to the correct HDMI input. I spent 3 hours on one trip trying to get it to work. I can get some Apps to chromecast but don't really like using chromcast.

But enough about my poor sleep habits, back to Disney Boardwalk. Anyone figured out a streaming device that works on the new TV systems?
There's a bit of a pucker factor when renting DVC. I've rented a CCV cabin as a bucket list item but to fit my schedule it's during hurricane season. If the weather gods frown on me I'm beat.
You’re correct the alternate studios are tub rooms . The living area of the alternate studios has a sleeper sofa in the living room and the table and two chairs to eat at are in an alcove off the living room with a pretty sweet view.

The member who books your reservation would need to request an alternate studio. Requests are not guaranteed and in the case of alternate studios not very likely.
I haven’t seen mentioned yet in this thread the truck operating hours. On other threads the sign at the truck said 11am-4pm. How useful does that seem?
I had more in mind something like The Mara or Roaring Forks type of joint, not a huge Value resort food court. I was happy with what was there when I bought in 2018, right now not so much.
