I hear you. It just seems strange that swimming is absolutely banned but you can waterski, which involves swimming (particularly if you are a beginning or trying to get to the next level and have frequent falls).

It looks like this is still available. Does anyone know if the water is safe? Also, do you start from inside the water or on a dock? Wondering in particular about the risk of gators or amoeba. Thanks!

Has it been confirmed that this ride will be converted to an Indiana Jone ride, or is that just speculation?

Were the beaches used for swimming years ago? If so, do you know what has changed (other than the alligator incident a few years ago)?

I believe there used to be hobie cats and sunfish available for rent at WDW, but I haven't seen any sailboat rentals in recent years. Does anyone know if you can still rent sailboats and where? If they did away it, is it because of the gator incident?

I was wondering the same thing, but imagine the show isn't nearly as good from California Grill as Wishes was. I vastly prefer the emphasis on fireworks as opposed to projections, but maybe I'm old fashioned.

Try to do both if you can. They are both awesome and different. If you had to pick one thought I'd do Boma as there is more variety.

Ate there in February and it was definitely rushed. Would have loved to take more time there and relax a bit. The food was great but came way too fast and there is soooooooo much of it.

Really can't go wrong with Tusker House. Probably the best character meal.
