there are no structured clubs for that age group, only the clubs such as Pink for everyone 18+, but often groups that age on facebook or other flatforms will set up to meet up and hang out on the cruise. So it's not disney sponsored, but there is opportunity to meet other cruisers of that age

My favorite is Animal Kingdom Lodge. While it's not in the Resort Loop, you can't pass up seeing the animals right outside your balcony. The lobby is so beautiful and the entire resort gives off one of the best feeling in the world.
