If an adult goes to QS he can order 4 adult meals. If you sit down at a restaurant, they know the kids are on reservation and want them to order off the kids menu. They will allow you to get desserts off the adult menu though.

I don't think you can tour BoG without a reservation. Apparently, if you call wdw they can double book fireworks and later dinner. So I got a little breathing room.
