Do they still do the Electrical Water Pageant?

Yep just saw it from Wilderness Lodge last week.

Posted wait times are wrong this week (May 15th)

Ugh I feel you. I was there from May 4-8 and it was super crowded, with high wait times. It was less packed when I went in July and August the previous two years. Like others said, I guess there's no real slow season anymore.

Current Crowd Levels in the Parks?

I was there last week and actually found it more crowded than the last two years when I went in July and August. The wait times were long... even Figment had almost an hour late but I guess that’s bc of the festival. Had trouble getting a 4th FP for anything decent. Last summer that wasn’t a...

    Whats your favorite character dinner?

The new Storybook Dining with Snow White is really fun, even for my all-adult party of 2 :)

    Women's Clothing in Summertime

Ooh this makes me feel better. On my first trip to Japan, I went through so much trouble and worry to cover my tattoos (I'm not even heavily covered in the usually-exposed areas, but my fiance is), and constantly wore long sleeves and even resorted to bandages. I'm going again at the end of...

    Yacht Club vs Beach Club

I think Yacht Club is more “adult” and sophisticated-feeling. I liked the atmosphere of being on a luxury ocean liner without actually having to be on one. I thought it was just a bit more unique than Beach Club. Growing up near the Jersey shore, the Beach Club was not unlike many of the hotels...

Thoughts on Storybook Dining - very mixed reviews

Just got back from a trip where we dined at Storybook Dining at Artist Point. First off, it’s super convenient if you’re staying at Wilderness Lodge. Anyway, it’s not an all-out dining experience like Be Our Guest, but it’s nice. The dining room could use a little more theming IMO but there are...

Ladies (and some gents ;)) share your park beauty tips please.

Eyelash extensions help a lot. Otherwise it's waterproof mascara (like Urban Decay Cannonball) and curling them to death. Or large sunglasses :) I dont wear a lot of makeup, but what I do wear I seal with Urban Decay All Nighter spray (they make it in travel size). This way I only take lip color...

    Favorite HS Quick Service?

ABC Commissary!!! It's big and spacious so never feels crowded to me. The carved turkey sandwich with carrot sticks, apple, and a small water is my go-to and the perfect amount of food for lunch. Bonus, it's a kids-menu item so it's cheaper. But they have other great healthy options like...

    Romantic Disney Honeymoon!

Not planning to Honeymoon in Disney World, BUT we're doing a short trip this year before our wedding the following year, so it's like a "pre-wedding mini Honeymoon," LOL, regardless I have a bit of experience travelling to WDW w/ my significant other so I'll chime in. 1: Hotels: it's your...

What is your engagement ring like?

Mine is from the Disney Enchanted collection at Zales. It's one of the "Elsa" rings.

HS Day- Mama Melrose or Il Mulino

I honestly loved Mama Melrose when I visited last month (and no, I do NOT like Olive Garden). I have a soft spot for the Muppet Courtyard and it was nice to visit there and be able to stay in the park for dinner. We got a flatbread and a pork chop entree and it was one of my favorite meals in my...

Is Flight of Passage basically Soarin'?

I’m not ashamed to say I need a little help from Xanax to go on a few rides here and there (don’t need anyone’s unwanted opinions on that btw!) but if you know exactly what to expect it helps. The restraints freaked me out for a sec but you know to expect it. You can always close your eyes if...

Rides You Can't Ride at Disney Parks.

mission space orange, RnRC. I rode ToT twice in my life, but years ago. It scarred me!! But I want so badly to do it again but I’m so scared. Trying to get myself accustomed to the dropping sensation Bc I love the theme. I mean you can force yourself into enjoying anything right???

    >> Dog-Friendly Resorts FAQ <<

I saw the biggest fluffiest white (golden retriever maybe?) dog at Yacht Club during mid-late July last month and I loved him. It would be so cool if he belonged to someone here.
