How do you change currency on the site?

June 20. We were deck 2 forward

We’re on the Wonder this summer and were just moved from deck 2 to deck 6 OV.

Soooo is today the day?!?

Any recent reports of room changes? We are now PIF for Alaska and booked deck 2, so curious to see what’s happening with others right now.

Overall thoughts as I fly home today: I loved the courses and the races themselves were fun. The weather and huge spring break crowds were the biggest downside. Unless I really love the theme, I’ll probably stick to marathon and W&D in the future. (Famous last words lol)

Just a little data point from the 10k this morning (loved the course, hated the weather btw.) I was in S4 toward the front - probably in the second or third wave. We started 20 mins ahead of the balloon ladies which was way more time than I expected.

Oh I just remembered something! All the medals were wrapped in plastic. Not sure if that was to protect the compass or if no one had time to unpack them properly!

Overall thoughts: Fun race despite the bus/weather/medal drama. It was soooooo cool to run through Pandora at night. Everest also looked amazing and I laughed at all the “broken track” costumes. No fireworks at the start because it’s AK but I did like the little poofs of smoke each time...

We have a Deck 2 OV room on the Wonder in June. Would be thrilled with an upgrade but I’ll most just be happy to be on the ship to Alaska! Definitely interested in the updates as the spring progresses.

Booked for June, and we intend to go barring something unexpected from Canada. I’ve booked flights (fully refundable) and we’ve booked non DCL excursions as well (also refundable.) we are not crazy about the current testing requirements but we can make it work!

The 5k race description says participants will need to download an app ahead of time for the scavenger hunt portion.
