Portrait Session @ Epcot -- Time?

Our pick-up time from Wilderness Lodge to Epcot is 7:00. If you are not doing more than one park it should be about the same. I don't believe the portrait sessions go longer than an hour. I would not get your heart set on FW shots, but it never hurts to ask!! Ahead of time and day of. :)...

    Dessert Party QUESTIONS

It unfortunately does not count towards your food and beverage minimum for you reception (providing you have it on the same night). The dessert party locations have their own venue fees and their own food and beverage minimums. Alcohol is always an option!! And you could do, within limits...

How long for Disney World Honeymoon?

Yes, I agree that it wouldn't be a proper trip without the fireworks at MK or Illuminations. And they will be changing that in the future and who knows if it is going to be as fantastic. Also, if you love food Epcot is the lace to be IMO.

How long for Disney World Honeymoon?

Difficult to choose!! I would say not the other water park. Pick the one you want to go to most that has the best rides for you. I think it's best to get as much Disney as possible in a trip especially since it is basically the first adult trip for both of you. : ) And NEVER go home a day...

    WDW in October

We are planning the same exact thing with half days and some sleep time so obviously I think that's a great plan! We are not morning people so starting early is never in our plans to be honest. I get rope drop and riding the popular attractions as soon as the park opens and making ADRs before...

    WDW in October

Congratulations on your first trip together and your honeymoon! Touring Plans is your best bet to plan your day and check crowd levels for each park for each day. MNSSHP can be brutally busy on certain dates, but generally speaking the first two weeks of October, November, and December are...

    GM Lounge

I don't remember. I'm not in front of Carrie's book, but I can check when I get home. I believe it is in there.

    GM Lounge

Disney only lists some of the reception and ceremony locations on their website. It is best to talk to a DFTW wedding consultant for something that best suits you. You can also go on Carrie's website to see a list and photos for them as well...

Why oh why is there no Disney wedding registry??!!!

We are using Amazon for our universal registry. I added the little Amazon button thing on my task bar and it makes it much easier to add and make notes.

Why oh why is there no Disney wedding registry??!!!

Once it is in your universal registry you can alter the number there I believe. I think that's what I did.

    Honeymoon Oct 2018

Okay, if that's the case... I would stay away from Tower of Terror. That may be too much for him. Expedition Everest gave me a heart attack and it does A LOT of people. The sucker goes backwards at warp speed on a giant incline. I haven't had much experience with any of the other thrill...

    Honeymoon Oct 2018

Ah Ah!! YES!! Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party!! GOOO!!!!! But make sure you get there early to really take in the whole experience. I think you can get there at 4:00 and they will let you in. It's a hard ticket item. Okay, so breakfast with Stitch is a must for me personally. I...

    Fort Wilderness

Oh my goodness you are just like us!!! It's kind of scary! Interested in the same resorts, honeymooning in October, won't rent DVC points, staying at Fort Wilderness as a kid etc. Like I said. SCARY!! Okay. You are obviously nature people who love outside and trees and rustic feel. That's...

Honeymoon with a first time wdw visitor

There are loads of lounges around everywhere if you like tasty libations. Keep in mind that the grounds of resorts and areas all have landscape and post lighting so a stroll pretty much anywhere late at night could be a wonderful, romantic option. Like you mentioned, there are loads of special...

    Honeymoon Ideas for Early Risers

Well I'm not sure where you are staying, but many of the resorts have beautiful jogging trails and grounds. And in the early morning light when most people are not awake and out, without the hustle and bustle it's beautiful. Even if you take a cab to another resort this could still be a very...
