DAS Outrage vs Genie Plus Outrage?

The problem with these sorts of bills is not that they become singularly responsible for ending tourism in CA. But collectively, there are actions that California has taken and could take that generally put a damper on personal tourism and other business travel. Imagine you are organizing a...

Can you pay for resort hotels in installments?

There’s obviously a factor of discipline but if your trip is far enough out don’t forget that with high interest rates you can be earning nearly 5% interest in an HYSA. May as well get paid for that money instead of donating the profits to Disney.

Courtyard Anaheim Theme Park Entrance & Waterpark Resort

I mention this every time the Courtyard comes up but it is probably my favorite feature of the hotel: the rooms have two showers. If not for us being Hilton folks and the Home2Suites/Garden Inn combo opening nearby, we would definitely be staying here often. It is extremely handy when you have 5...

Back from a wonderful trip! Report and pictures. April 7-9

Oga’s is more fun at a standup table than a booth. You see more, you are less squeezed in and it is fine for the smallish amount of time needed to get a drink. I always hate getting a booth as we have the same experience: we get mashed in with some group.

DAS Outrage vs Genie Plus Outrage?

I will repeat this until I die: Genie+ is not just paid FP. There are several differences that greatly affect the experiences between the two: The LL lines are, on average, shorter and go much faster. This is partly because you have to pay for it and partly because they changed the ratio. The...

    Fishing,accelerating modifying and MEP

I have rarely had problems with G+ and FP with a group of six. I can almost always refresh my way to an earlier time within 10 minutes of work. My hunch has always been that there is some “slop” when it comes to the number of LL reservations are available and it isn’t some hard limit.

DAS Outrage vs Genie Plus Outrage?

It’s quite obvious that this thing I do not like is solely responsible for this other thing I do not like. Only bad things go together. There are no trade-offs.

DAS Outrage vs Genie Plus Outrage?

For those that oppose price tiering for different experiences, do you have problems with: Different classes of seats on airplanes. Having larger seats or seats with more legroom result in less space for other passengers. Difference in seating pricing for concerts, sports or other events Paying...

'Waste' EE entry just for Rise rope drop?

I give the same recommendation. We have never waited more than 45 minutes to hit pre-show when we go near the end of the day. And a few of the times it was under 20 and one time we walked all the way to pre-show without a wait at all. In all cases the wait time listed no less than 45 minutes...

    Matterhorn back saving tips!

I have heard that after they fully replaced the track, it sped up the ride which made it harder on the body. I personally am not sure I believe that and think it is probably just people aging. 🤣

    Matterhorn back saving tips!

This exactly! I lean forward slightly (so I am not touching the back of the seat) and hold on to the bar. I loosen up a little so that I am not fighting hard against the swings and bumps. Making this change made me go from a Matterhorn one-and-done to hitting my top 3. Big fan now.
