Late flight, hotel stay, next day on the DME possible?

So you just give the DME people a bogus arriving flight number so they have the arrival time linked to when you want to get on the bus?

    DHS dining?

Prime Time is a ton of fun. It's comfort food and while the food won't change your life, the PB&J milkshake just might lol On the other hand, Sci-Fi is an awesome choice, however I prefer to have lunch there instead Enjoy!

Late flight, hotel stay, next day on the DME possible?

Getting in on a Thursday at 11p then staying at a hotel that night. We have a reservation at AS Movies from Friday to Monday morning (then our first Disney Cruise!!). My question is, can I set it up to have the DME pick my family up on Friday morning and bring us to our resort even if our...

    Suggestions for Best and Worst

Nothing to do with parks or food. How about best and worst "other" experiences on property. From spas to golf and horseback riding and renting canoes, etc. (The golf is fantastic by the way lol)

Disney Skyliner (Gondola Transportation System) Read Post 1 Now Open!

As long as the buses, monorails, boats, ferry's are available, my butt is staying the heck off of these horrendous, terrifying, hot boxes of torture.

Rock ‘N’ Roller Coaster to be rethemed

Whatever they do, keep it Rock of some sort. Maybe Foo Fighters or some band like that. Don't water it down with horrible pop music that people call "rock" now lol. Or go old school on it maybe you're winding through the birth of more modern rock from the 60's to the 00's throughout the ride...

    Opinions on Sci Fi?

We love it. That being said, you're paying for the atmosphere AND the food so the food is not super adventurous. I have simple taste so for me, it's great but for some "fancy eaters" it might be lacking

Haven't seen posted - PARADE in MK Sunday Jan 7 at 4:30 pm

How do we feel like this will affect crowds? I'm thinking probably between 2 and 5 or 6 they'll pick up but not crazily. Thoughts?

    Which parks for 2 days?

You could just play it by ear. Go to all 4 in the first 4 days of your stay then let the group help decide which to revisit with the other 2 days. one will inevitably be MK, but they may want more AK or HS rather than Epcot. That's how I'd do it

Should I do these things at MK?

    1. Absolutely. Some great views of the park 2. Unique experience. worth it 3. Lost a bit of luster 4. Same as 3 5. Always awesome 6. I LOVE this but like you said. Will probably be closed 7. This is a nice ride with a typically short wait (30 minutes or less)

Thinking of adding a park day (Is Hollywood Studios worth it)?

Absolutely. I can't believe I'm writing this but DHS is so underrated nowadays. So much fun to be had especially with a 9 year old. And if he even just a little bit likes Star Wars, it's a no brainer

HS Question: to skip or not to skip

I'm in the minority but I'd say go. I know there isn't a ton going on but with TOT, RnR, Star Tours, Toy Story, the rides are still worth it for me. Fantasmic is also awesome and there are some really unique dining experiences in the park. This park will be something to behold in a few years but...

    December pool weather??

During the day, you should be just fine. Night time might be a different story, but, as you said, the pools are heated so go for it! Keep your towels close to the exit of the pool and get ready to speed walk back to your room lol

    Sci-Fi Dine-In late Dinner

One of the things I love about dining in WDW. You can be there after park close AND before park open for meals. I know you can't do anything but it's a cool experience walking through an almost empty park. You can take it all in and get some cool pictures without 9571 of your closest friends...

Kilimanjaro Safari at Night - Worth it?

Join the initial rush at rope drop and go on first thing in the morning. Sure, a large amount of animals are nocturnal, but they are usually also camouflaged. So. There's that lol

    BOG Dinner - But Not?

I'm fairly certain that they cannot make you eat food so yeah go ahead lol. I'm sure they run into picky eaters ALL the time and as long as you order something (drinks, dessert, etc.), there shouldn't be a problem. Have fun with the Beast!

One Day- Epcot or Magic Kingdom?

Magic Kingdom for sure. No better park decorated for the holidays. Also, as mentioned above, you can take your child onto rides like the People Mover and COP, Small World, etc. Make sure you're there into the night as well so your child can see the castle all lit up. So incredible!
