I used a redemption card for our May trip too. When I canceled I was told they cannot add money back to card. They have to send us a gift card for the amount. I would assume yours would be the same. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to receive gift card. Hope that helps.

We have a RO for may 13 - 21 that will be easy to cancel. Does anyone know about canceling after hours tickets? We bought our 8 day park hoppers ticket through undercover tourist. The 90 days for refund has passed. Has anyone heard if the are making refund exceptions on tickets.

First time heading to water parks for our family. We are going April 19 - 26. I was wondering are they busier on the weekends? We were thinking of going on Saturday. I was worried locals might head there on the weekends. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Me and DH are thinking of getting the AP this December. We are going 3 times in the next 12 months. This will save us a least a 1000 on tickets. Question, we normally book DVC through Dave's. Will the room discount with AP be cheaper when we go Sept. and Dec. 2020?

Has anyone done the terrace view dessert party during the party? I was wondering with the new fireworks show projections, if it was even worth the money.

What is the opinion on booking the dessert party with terrace views? We have always done garden view and it has been amazing. With the new fireworks show probably having more projections on the castle. Will there be anything to see with terrace views? It makes no sense they have not released...

No it is a tour of Disney Christmas. It starts at Epcot and ends at Disney springs where you decorate a mickey gingerbread mouse.

While booking yuletide tour 20 min ago I asked CM about it. She said they are doing MVMCP different this year. She is not sure they are having plaza viewing. She told me I should book terrace viewing. As we know they are doing plaza viewing in November. I am pretty sure she is mistaken.

Been checking every day. No luck yet. I assume December has not been released yet. None of December is available yet.
