I was wondering about this too. Is there a time after which there is usually little to no wait? It is almost impossible for me to plan meal times based on snacking, drinking, and levels of exhaustion throughout the day.

Does anyone know if Disney will tow from the garages if I leave my car overnight at Disney Springs? I know their policy is 2am but I was curious if they let it slide for New Year's Eve.

Couldn't agree more. Recognizing the difference between cast member and stranger is key. A few lessons I teach my kids (8,5): 1) I also tell them never to leave the park with anyone, even a cast member. Stay at a store or restaurant with the cast member, and tell them names/numbers if asked...
