We just got an email update that our Jan 16th FP for Kali was changed to a Kilimanjaro Safari FP for the same time. When I checked the other AK days on our trip (Jan 8th, 14th) the ride is also unavailable. Also, the Fast Pass unavailable text is the same for the Tomorrowland Speedway and Peter...

With Festival of Fantasy being replaced by the Christmas parade from December 22nd to 31st, my guess would be the dragon will return with the parade from January 1st. :)

Out of curiosity: are the sip and savor passes only valid for the day of purchase? Or if I purchased one on the first day of my trip, could I use credits on the following days? Thanks! :)

Been a busy couple of weeks, but FP’s are done. And we managed to get everything we wanted, including FOP and SDD. Refresh is such a good strategy, even in the booking stages of FP+. The countdown is most definitely on now... 39 days till we depart, 45 till WDW!! :D Reading everyone’s exciting...

Blue Bayou Fantasmic Dining Packages were bookable for dates in January as of this morning. :-) Assuming that River Belle Terrace etc will follow soon. Glad to see the original cast member I spoke to was completely wrong.

I know, it seems like an bizarre choice! Though if that MaxPass rumor is correct that would make more sense. They’d probably make more money in the long run from all the guests upgrading to MaxPass purely for the shows. Microtransactions and all that.

Hey all, I just got off the phone with Disney Dining after attempting to book a F! Dining Package for January 3rd. According to the cast member the dining packages will be ceasing from December 31st and the only way to reserve a spot from then will be with FastPass. Has anyone else heard...

The Bon Voyage breakfast at Trattoria al Forno is fantastic. It’s a character meal (Ariel and Prince Eric, plus Rapunzel and Flynn Rider), but isn’t a buffet. The food was of a great quality when my DP and I ate there last year, as were the character interactions. You get a plate of pastries...

Partially related question; does the lighting “ceremony” continue in the week(s) after Christmas till the lights are taken down? Or are the lights just turned on in the evenings without it?

Thanks! :D We're just eagerly awaiting our 60 day window for FP+ and Disneyland dining now. WDW Dining (30 reservations! :yay:) and extras are all pretty much booked now.

From what I’ve read, in the past the lights on the castle and decorations have generally stayed up till the end of marathon weekend. So they should still be there for your trip! :)
