Is DVC still waiving holding status on point reservations cancelled less than 31 days before arrival. Anyone know?

I was able to book a park reservation for every night of my stays from August through February. I have several DVC reservations.

I had my first waitlist success! A 4 night standard studio for October! I stalk multiple times per day and no day ever showed up as available, so perhaps the waitlist is snatching room availability up! So excited!!!
