How do you get from the ship to Atlantis? Does Disney provide transportation? Is it necessary that I purchase Atlantis tickets through the DCL website?

I'm not an only child and I enjoy being solo. However, I also live alone so I am used to doing some stuff on my own. I find being alone at Disney easier than being alone in day to day life. Probably because I have an agenda and it's all stuff that I want to do.
