Thanks everyone for the input! I think we're going to try and take the mattress out and put it in the master in lieu of the air mattress route! its a shame not all the dedicated 2BR in all resorts have these! We're hoping for a GF in May and will need to do the air mattress route that trip. :(

I'm realizing I totally mis-represented what I was saying above. Yikes. We watched a youtube video tour of the room and there is now that small bed under the TV (twin mattress, if that). THAT is the bed I'm referring to - not the actual large murphy bed. No way does my 2 year old need THAT!

ETA - I am referring to the new small twin-sized bed that is under the TV (like in the VGF studios, etc.). We saw the rooms now have that in the youtube video we watched! Question for those that have stayed at the new SSR rooms with the pull down bed in the living room - does the mattress come...

Curious question for anyone who won a foreclosure. Once you won, HOW do you get the points into your account? I'd presume you'd need a title company to assist (if you're not local to the area). Curious about the logistics of this piece to the puzzle.

that is just plain mean! Looking at these prices - we are pleasantly surprised for a non-MV cruise that we can book as DVC members (first time DCL cruisers). Hopefully they don't increase to the point of pricing us out!

Yep. It's all or nothing for this trip. My husband and I would do a split stay, but we're going with friends and don't want them to have to deal with moving with a toddler.

Availability is crazy - i'm hoping this trend subsides in 2022 a bit.... We have another group trip planned for next May and will be hoping to score a VGF 2BR at the 7mo mark....

Thanks! That's kinda what I'm thinking. A cruise is a serious splurge for us compared to taking a WDW trip - but we want to give it a try to see if its something we'd like and what better way to try something out than on the newest ship out there?

Good points!! Hopefully they'll be availability for the dates we want when they get to DVC bookings! I think a small price difference (around $100) in decks wouldn't be a big deal but the difference in front of that comma might be hard to swallow! haha!
