    2025 advice

I would go with two connecting rooms at pop over a deluxe studio. You get a bit more space, a door to close when babes are sleeping and can still have breakfast of cereal and fruit in your room as they have a fridge. Pop is on skyliner, which is fab. I would wait till April and see what they...

    Flights; BA or Virgin Atlantic

I would choose BA after bad experiences with Virgin but they're both much of a muchness with not enough food nowadays.

Who is the most famous person you have met somewhere in the UK?

Most famous? I guess the Queen. Or are these supposed to be unexpected meetings?

What would make the current location of your home even better?

A private drive and huge garden. Or, you know, a nice Japanese restaurant nearby, or fewer traffic jams.

I used it on my phone for mobile ordering. Copied the number onto my phone clipboard and just pasted it each time.

Just found out we will be in London next December....

Markets won't be strong but other Christmas's things will still be. I highly recommend getting tickets to Christmas at Kew, though you will have to book well in advance. There are some very scenic open air ice rinks too - varies slightly each year so have a search for what you fancy. I would...

Two Weeks In the UK/France in July- How to split time?

I would get Paris done as early as possible before the start of the Olympics. Think that means heading straight there I'm afraid.

Jewel of the Seas - Feb 2024

We are also considering this cruise (or similar on the Jewel). Only cruised disney before and so lots of questions. So what is included? I know there are drinks packages instead of helping yourself to soda, but what about ice cream or the equivalent of the Disney pool deck burgers etc. Room...

Any idea on when dinosaur ride is supposed to close?

Last visit my kids were the perfect age for animal kingdom. The boneyard gave then a place for free play that is so hard to find in the parks and they loved the wilderness explorer. My friend who came with us did NOT enjoy the time we spent there as she is all about the rides, not enjoying just...

JoW, not going to waste my time

I'm excited about the new path. Alway nice to walk through some theming. Shouldn't have taken this long but thats life. I am another one who doesn't get the animal kingdom comments. There are no animals. I'll tell you what does have animals though - the seas, which is near it and even the land...

    Sim cards/phones in Orlando

Did you type 00 and the country code (1) before the number, taking off a zero as needed? As far as sims go I chanced it at disney last year. Was fine to begin with as all of the resort had wifi and so did walmart etc for booking bolt/uber. We only had trouble trying to get a bolt where the...

Started in europe - put a tent in the boot of the car and took the eurotunnel over. Germany, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy, France. About 3 months doing that, then we flew to Ghana for a couple of weeks and from there to Uganda where we rented a 4x4 with rooftop tents and...

    A European Dream - Disney Dream Med 2023 5/20-5/27 - update 11/21

Looking forward to reading the rest of this trip report. What are queues like in europa? I'd really like to go (and stay in the wild West bit) but after visiting guardaland in September and hating it mainly due to crowds and long wait times I'm a bit scared of all non disney parks.

How to pay for extras at WDW?

I would get either a credit card (eg barclarcard) or a debit card (eg starling) that doesn't charge for foreign currency transactions. That way you can hook it up to your mydisney app and use it for mobile ordering, shopping without the queues etc. Take a few dollars but really, card is easier...

MCO airport security with an Autistic 5 year old?

For people who cannot hold their head up the airport wheelchairs are unusable and so they have to be given their own at the plane. It's aleays happened for us and I was under the impression that this was the case for all wheelchairs and the airport ones are just for people with reduced mobility...
