i dont think any of the Populated counties here in FL (miami, Palm beach, Orange, Tampa etc...) will lift any mask mandates. I dont even think the Governor will lift any mask mandate. Over time, (my guess the summer) if the vaccines go as planned, the masks will just fade away little by...

They have to be expecting restrictions will be lifted by then. Its absurd to make everything happen that weekend if restrictions still in place

I was there Christmas week when they said they were at 30-40% and it was NO cake walk. Main street and the HUB were very very crowded. Almost shoulder to shoulder.

Yeah I am glad they are doing this now. And it even shows you how many points you can borrow under each contract to get to that 50%. Much better now. Still hoping they drop this 50% though by the end of this year.

I think MK WILL BE shoulder even with the capacity restrictions. I have tickets for that day to the MK and I am not expecting to do much at the MK. Its just going to be "hey i am in the park on the actual 50th"

Yup. I will be there on the 50th. Today is the 7 month for sept 30th, I was trying to switch out my home resort for another. LOL LOL LOL what was I thinking. If this vaccine roll out continues as planned, I think we are going to see a VERY VERY busy fall and holiday season this year.

The 50th celebration will go on for 18 months. I think the reason Oct 1st is sold out is because people just want to say " I was in the MK on the exact 50th"

So crazy that when you click on Saratoga, 2 bedroom preferred villa, the ONLY nights sold out for the entire year are Sept 30 and Oct 1 THATS HOW CRAZY!!!!! Every single room in every single category is now sold out for Oct 1 in ALL DVC resorts.

I have been 9 times since hotels opened back up on June 22nd go and HAVE FUN!!!!

Yeah from yesterdays reports, it seems that masks are on while ordering drinks and as soon as drinks came people were taking them off. Some people were saying this rule was being done so people had their masks on while ordering and interacting with the waiter. This does not seem to be the case...

Agreed Now on the flip side........ ..I wonder if some will now take longer to eat their food? Hmmmmm

I mean, I think this is how it is going to be. If you have a drink or food in front of you they are not going to say anything about having your mask off.

I am still going with they are about to increase dining capacity. I dunno i really think they will soon.

Looking on social media today and I really cant find anyone at the parks experiencing this new rule. I am surprised. I would of thought all the bloggers would be out there seeing if it is in effect yet.
