2018 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival: August 30 to November 12, 2018

Unless things suddenly change it's true you can convert it. The QS dining plan is $52/night/adult. This is two quick service and two snacks a day. So if you converted, it's 8 snacks which would need to average to 6.50 each. It would not cover alcohol as booze is not considered a snack, and...

    California Grill brunch questions

I can’t help with a favorite dish, but we were allowed to get multiple if we wanted. We had 3 dishes we shared between the 2 of us. The only upcharge when we were there was the bloody mary bar. We had our desserts boxed up no issue - the only problem was some had chocolate and we were going...

    MagicBand charges?

I'm not sure when your trip was, as things may have changed. In my last three years of trips (6-10 trips), I can always charge things to the band on the last day, but the pin is still required. The pin is linked to the account not the stay for at least the last year or two, as I have already...

Trying to Finalize some things and need Suggestions

Yes, many places have one or two options in the upper price ranges, which is why I said it is possible, but it isn’t guaranteed. If their quick services are like Caseys and Pizzafari, the top meal is $12-13 without drink (no more expensive offerings), which is why i said an average quick...

Trying to Finalize some things and need Suggestions

It is possible, but not guaranteed to get $24 value from a quick service and two snacks without alcohol. Be our guest will help with that, as it will be in the $15-20 range. Otherwise, quick service with a soda will be around $15-16, so you’re looking at snacks > $4 in value. If starbucks...

Can my 16 year old and her friend go to a TS meal without an adult and use the DDP?

If at least one person in the room with the dining plan is at the meal, they can use credits for the meal. That being said, if they don't have charging privileges back to the room bus magic band, they would need a gift card or cash or something for leaving a tip. (If they have charging...

    Second guessing my ADRs

The primary concern i would have is that you have two reservations a day - both in different parks. Not only does that add eating time (which personally for a relaxed pace trip the amount you have is probably okay), but it adds transportation time. If the primary goal is to get out of the sun...

    Here’s the situation. WWYD?

You're probably better off paying out of pocket, especially if you would get the 6 y.o. their own kids meal. You will get 6 quick service meals and six snacks per night (so 42 of each), and three refillable mugs (only work at resorts), for about $130/night (or $910 total). You do not also...

    From Solo to 20 Tweens…Just Keep Swimming - A May 2018 TR

Chapter 2: It’s a Magical Kingdom, aka Downpour #1 By 10AM I had dropped my bag and was at the bus stop for a bus to the Magic Kingdom. The next bus was predicted for 10:03, and was there by 10:05, getting me to the Magic Kingdom by 10:17, and under the arches at 10:22. Overall, that was 1...

:welcome: It was interesting... We came with 20 and left with 20 so everything worked out. I also want to post some thoughts on coordinating large groups and some of the planning, as it was a beast compared to small groups.

QS in Epcot that is easy to split?

Hi - looking for suggestions on what quick service restaurants/dishes would be good to split in Epcot. For example in Magic Kingdom I know we could easily split the pizza at Pinocchios or a footlong from Casey’s and be full - I am not sure what options Epcot holds for the same.

Touring Plans ADR finder is my best friend today!!

Complete agreement of how fabulous it is. I have used it in the past to tweak desired times, but it literally just saved my behind. Due to a misunderstanding I had a 9:10am crystal palace reservation for 15 in less than 2 weeks...and the adr finder was able to help me snag 8am PPO instead...
