Which hotels have in room babysitting?

Considering a Halloween time trip with a night at Universal Halloween Horror Nights for DH and I, but there is no way my kids would be ready for that. I’d prefer to stay onsite at Disney and just Uber over to Uni. The problem is we’d have nobody to watch my kids and they are too young to be by...

Trial Club Level Fastpass+ Purchase Program Planning & Discussion

Booking regular FPs first followed by CL later in the day will give the best chances of getting 4th and more FPs more easily. I didn’t always book my regular FPs first, though. When you want to get around the regular hopping or tier restrictions for normal FPs you have to use CL FPs for the...

Trial Club Level Fastpass+ Purchase Program Planning & Discussion

Yes, I’m pretty sure this is how it works. I had a CL ToT replaced with an anytime FP when it was down and we could use it for anything in the park other than Toy Story attractions.

    Crowd levels right now

I was there this week and agree that it wasn’t as bad as 8 or 9s, but don’t agree that Friday at MK was as low as a 3. I’d say it was somewhere between. Lines were still pretty long, but not as long as I was expecting based on crowd predictions. Walkways were still quite crowded.

Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Here now and have had two breakfasts in the lounge. So far every day they seem to have steel cut oatmeal, fresh melon, fresh berries (blueberry, raspberry, blackberry), hard boiled eggs, sliced cheddar, sliced provolone, and Greek yogurt. One day they had really good turkey and bresaola, the...

    Crowd levels right now

Here now. It is for sure crowded, but I’ve been checking wait times leading up to our trip and knew to expect long waits for attractions. Tempering my expectations about what we can accomplish has helped me not get too frustrated. We tried the Play Disney app for the first time and found it...

Is bell services open early enough to drop off bags and still get to the parks before a 7:00 extra magic hour opening time?

Enough Time For DHS Evening Plan?

We’ll be park hopping from AK with the last FP in that park being Dinosaur from 3:30 to 4:30. We’ll hit that FP close to the window opening, then leave to take the Disney bus to DHS. Here’s what I’d like to get done there. Do you think we’ll have enough time? Indiana Jones stunt show at...

Where to eat at Universal Orlando including menus...UPDATED REGULARLY

Online reservations for Pat O’Brien’s look like they can be scheduled about a month ahead of time, but many days are already showing as “full” on zomato. I found on another Universal info site (not the Universal site itself) a mention that the restaurant recommends not making a reservation more...

DHS/Toy Story Land "Early Morning Magic" (EMM) FAQ & Discussion

This is exactly what I am planning. We’ll go to RnR when the park opens, then plan to try to hit ToT, see Star Wars Galaxy Far, Far Away, and the 12:00 Indy show, then Sci Fi ressie for lunch, then hop to MK and use our FPs there.

DHS Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away

This show doesn’t have any hours listed on the Disney website beyond 1/12/19. Does anyone know if this is a limited time offering? Or do you think they just haven’t posted times yet for mid-January and later?

    Snow White character greet buffet

It’s actually not going to be a buffet. Shared appetizers and desserts for the table and everyone picks their own entree. It will be at Artist Point starting next week. This thread has more information: https://www.disboards.com/threads/storybook-dining-at-artist-point-watch-thread.3703905/

I want to bring a water bottle, so what bag should I bring?

I recently got a Nort Face Aurora backpack and love it. It has enough room for my essentials and then some without being too bulky. It is also very comfortable to wear.

    The Everything Pooh Sized Thread

I never thought about this. Great idea! I thought about wearing workout leggings, but not sure i’m good with the idea of that much exposure. The skirt on top would be cute and cover up more. Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll check this out.

DHS/Toy Story Land "Early Morning Magic" (EMM) FAQ & Discussion

I’d love to do this for my April 2019 trip. For those who have been following this event, do you think it will be inevitable that April dates are bound to be released at some point? I know until something is announced it really could be anyone’s guess, but sometimes it is fun to speculate!

    The Everything Pooh Sized Thread

For those of you who use products to help with thigh chafing (Gold Bond, Bodyglide, etc.) which do you prefer and why? Also, do you find you need to reapply throughout the day or is once before leaving parks enough? I’m sure finding really well fitting shorts is probably the best option, but I...

Nutrition facts for Disney TS meals

I should have added that Calorie King has an app for your phone or you can also get it as a small book. I still have trouble finding what I want on the app and prefer the book. If you carry a backpack you can easily tote the book around in the bag or if you prefer to travel lighter the app...
