I would not try a walk up. Seems like a lot of work if nothing available. Keep watching the few days before your trip. That seems to be when quite a few of these reservations will pop if people cancel while in parks.

Just got a mailing today from signature services about our upcoming February trip. It says that they can book the VIP tour for us. Early posts mention I should call the tour number to book. Anyone do this recently and thoughts on best way to secure the VIP tour? Thanks

We have stayed at portofino CL and loved it. Very relaxed feel. I thought the boat ride to parks was very easy. Would stay there again for sure. Have not done hard rock to compare
