How long after the deed was recorded did you call for set up? I know a lot of people have asked this but I couldn't find the post I remembered reading. Trying to figure out when it would be safe to start calling.

Waiting for the seller to return closing documents might be just as hard as waiting to pass ROFR. :rolleyes1

That is annoying. We used DVC Resale Market and haven't had any issues so far. Though since our passing, we were super quick in getting our closing docs in, yet the seller is now taking forever!

I do believe some of them let you pay by CC but you need to pay the 3% fee. We also used DVC Resale Market but chose to do the wire transfer at a cost of $20.
