It's the same for the safety briefings that are given on every flight. I think it's meant to be so repetitive that everyone will know what to do because they have done it so many times. Plus, for the cruise ships, your station is usually different every time.

Anyone have experience/issues with getting an Uber from a Miami airport hotel to the cruise port? I know it's not a far distance, but with so many people possibly using the Uber option, I'm curious to see how long the ride and/or wait may be.

If you've chosen to go on a cruise ship, then your argument about being worried about being in close proximity to people is already invalid. This is for safety's sake and is just a few minutes of everyone's time.
