We had Genie+ included in our tickets (purchased earlier as a package) and it was there each morning to book LLs. We did not have to purchase it again. That was in August.

I was able to use an expired one 8/31/22. Pre-Covid, I would offer a passenger in my row one to use because of the expiration dates.

They will send you an email with the pickup time a few days before your departure day. Our pickup time was 3.5 hours before our flight (had more than enough time because our flight was delayed).

You can call and they will delete the cards you no longer have and issue you a new one. I didn't know they were reusable and had given one to each of my grandkids for souvenirs. The phone # on the back of my redemption card is 800-436-7999. Hope this helps.

Some of our travel credits have no expiration date, others have December 31, 2040 (this is temporary and should change to no expiration). I had credits to expire August 2nd (next week) and now they have no expiration date!

We stayed in the Cars family suite and did not have lotion. The last time we had any "extras" besides the mounted three pumps in the shower was pre-Covid at Coronado Springs.
