I live around Ft. Lauderdale. We got very lucky, pretty much only had outer bands. A few tornados touched down in South Florida but for the most part we came out okay.

Not Baptist ;) Yes, they've gotten really strict with the screenings here too. Yesterday they announced a no-visitor policy, amending our previous "visiting hours with one visitor per patient" policy we've had for all of a week. That'll be a fun one to enforce!

Update from nurse land: yesterday I was recruited to sit outside in the 85 degree heat to screen patients to decide which ones will go into our outside isolation tent, and also to screen visitors and enforce a strict one visitor per patient in the ED rule. My reward was having grown adults...

Same. I’m a gold AP, so I can’t even go to the parks for most of race weekend. My plan was to hit up the expo and Megacon, and race on Saturday and tote my medal all over the park. I have a feeling Megacon will also be cancelled as well :(
