    Aft Verandah Cabins

We just got back from our cruise on the Fantasy in cabin 8188 (direct aft and the oversized verandah). We loved it. Honestly we did not feel the vibration like most people have talked about EXCEPT when we were getting from St Thomas to Castaway Cay when they really had to get the ship really...

    Aladdin on Hold?

This!! Yes I was planning on seeing the broadway musical PLAY not a concert. My husband absolutely hates concerts and at least a broadway show with acting and sets would've at least kept him entertained. I guess I will try to sit in an isle seat thats in an upopular area to avoid disrupting...

    Aladdin on Hold?

Bummer, to see Aladdin was literally the ONLY thing I wanted to do on this cruise leaving Saturday. Its our 4th and 2nd on the Fantasy and we wanted to just relax and watch that one show. Does anyone know if it will be broadcast on tv in the stateroom since those are recorded anyways?

Just back from Fantasy - 3/9-16/19

Im dreading our cruise on the Fantasy for this same reason. You shouldnt have to complain to the CM but we saw CMs turn away when a lady had a diapered kid in with her and I even nicely mentioned to her that this was a potty trained kid pool only and no diapers and boy she lit me up like no...

20 Random Thoughts from Recent Fantasy Trip

Thanks for the review from your point of view! My dd is the exception when it came to the aqualab LOL She loved it for some reason but she was only 5 on her first cruise on the Fantasy. The pools I definitely agree with. They are just too crowded and why she loved the aqualab. We will try it...

My thoughts on pros and cons of Second Seating

Great feedback from your perspective! We've always had late dining and on our next (4th) cruise we have late again. We did sign up for Main dining but we just love not rushing to get ready for dinner and the fact our now dd7 is able to stay up for the shows. The first night of dining it is...

    Poll: Please help me decide!

We did the Med in Sept 2017 with our then just turned 6 year old (birthday cruise) and boy it was tiring. Your kiddo is 9 and it could be tiring to them also. We've never done the Eastern as thats next week when we do that and I'm excited. Do I regret taking the Med cruise with my then 6 year...

Which Mediterranean port would you skip?

That was literally the ONLY port my 18 year old son cared about because he wanted to see the race circuit there. I know it happens once a year as I've read trip reports and guaranteed each year I read that someone didnt tender in Villefranche

Which Mediterranean port would you skip?

Maybe they wont be able to tender in Villefranche as that is one of the stops on our Med cruise and we ended up with a sea day. We actually were going to take the train into Monte Carlo but eh, we ended up relaxing after 3 intensive port days before that. Genoa would be my 2nd choice.

Would you do a Disney Cruise with no Kids?

Yes, our very first cruise on DCL was without our kids. LOL We wanted to experience DCL before them so that way we could just sit back and enjoy it through their eyes our second cruise.

    European port shuttles

We had free shuttles from Marseilles because it was a non planned port stop since we couldnt tender in Villefranche. DCL provided huge buses to take anyone to the city center.

    Flights to Barcelona

wow flights sure have gone up. We booked through a not well known website and it was $650 R/T for the 4 of us back in 2017. Now I did include my flights in my non dcl travel insurance because it was a website I'd never heard of. But once I booked the flights, I confirmed with the airlines...
